EASA Aircraft

 

All kinds of flight operations are subject to Air Traffic Act (ICAO DOC ANNEX II, Transposed by Minister of Transportation`s Order No 83, date 01.08.2012). Ordinance of Rules of the Air.

EASA aircraft means an aircraft, which is according to Regulation (EC) 216/2008 of European Parliament and Council from 20 February 2008, under the jurisdiction of European Aviation Safety Agency.

Commercial Air Transport with EASA aircraft may be conducted by an aircraft operator, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 (as amended) of 5 October 2012 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Aircraft operators conducting Commercial Air Transport by EASA aircraft, beside Air Operator Certificate, shall obtain Operating License too. Conditions for aircraft operators to obtain Operating License are laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community.
