EASA Aircraft

All kinds of flight operations are subject to Air Traffic Act and Ordinance on the Rules of the Air.

EASA aircraft means an aircraft, which is according to Regulation (EU) 216/2008 of European Parliament and Council from 20 February 2008, under the jurisdiction of European Aviation Safety Agency.

Non-Commercial Operations with Other than Complex Motor Powered EASA Aircraft may be conducted by an aircraft operator, in compliance with conditions specified in Rulebook on Requirements for Operation of Aircraft Operators and Organizational Requirements to Aircraft Operators

Present and potential NCO operators are obliged to act as per instructions given in (Minister of Transport`s Order No. 3746, date 10.07.2017
